When it comes to ultra-fine fiber towels, I believe everyone has had contact with them. From bath towels and bathrobes to small towels and dishcloths, the fabric is soft, highly absorbent, leaves no watermarks, comes in a variety of colors, and is durable. It is called “ultra-fine fiber” because it is made of an organic composite of polyester and nylon, with a fineness only 1/200 to 1/300 of a human hair, and is extremely resilient.

The production of ultra-fine fiber cleaning cloths consists of three processes: drawing, winding, and weaving. Drawing involves heating and stretching the raw material fiber yarn through specialized equipment, increasing the air pressure to make it elastic. After drawing, a single yarn is composed of 572 extremely fine fibers. Once it encounters water, water droplets will adhere to it, which is the secret of its “absorbency.” The second process is winding, which involves placing the drawn small spools onto each reel and then sending them to the weaving workshop for textile production.

Such a small towel has crossed the ocean and become a bond connecting Chinese enterprises and overseas families. Although the towel is small, the world is vast, and the future is promising!
